Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Scent Preferences
Because scent is a personal preference, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance choice.
